SUMMARY:Annual General Meeting 2025
DESCRIPTION:The Iver Village Residents’ Association’s Annual General Meeting is on 1st July 2025 and you should be there. Why? Because you count! \nEvery year\, the IVRA grows and with it\, its influence and ability to represent its members. This means that when we asked Bucks to come and talk to residents about the High Street\, officers did. They used the information provided by the residents to draw plans that will make it better for us all. This is just one example out of many instances where we made sure your voice is heard. \nThe IVRA’s mission is to represent the community’s interests\, needs\, and requirements with councillors\, the MP\, private companies\, and others. \nThe only issue is this: if you don’t talk to us\, we don’t know what issues you face and can’t relay them back to the different authorities. If you’re not a member\, you’re totally in the dark. So let’s change that\, shall we? \nBeing an IVRA member is currently free\, we don’t ask you to commit to anything. It is worth coming to the AGM on 1st July\, though\, since that’s when we discuss the most important issues and it’s your opportunity to be heard. \nAll you need to do at this stage is to come to the AGM (if you’re not an IVRA member and you live in Iver Village\, please sign up for free first: https://www.ivra.org.uk/membership/ )\, vote for your representatives\, and most importantly – tell us what you think needs to change in Iver Village. \nWe meet at Iver Village Hall on Tuesday 1st July at 7pm. \nIf you want to be voted in for the IVRA Committee and help manage and represent the association\, please let us know at hi@IVRA.org.uk \nHere’s the agenda for the 2025 AGM:\n1.
