Help us name a new park in Iver!
Buckinghamshire Council and Iver Environment Centre are working with the IVRA to involve local residents in both the naming and planting of a new park in Iver Village.
Last year, residents helped plant Huntsmoor Park, and this year, the area immediately to the west of it (shown on the map) will be planted too.
But first, it needs a name!
Last week we asked residents to suggest names that have a connection to the area and would add a little pride, history or character to our village. Now we ask you to vote for the one you like most.
The community planting event is planned for November, and following the feedback we’ve shared, the organisers are aiming to hold it at the weekend, so that as many residents and families as possible can take part. We’ll share the full details when everything is confirmed.
